چکیده

Artificial intelligence (AI) is a future-defining technology, and AI applications are becoming mainstream in the developed world. Many consumers adopting using AI-based apps, devices, services their everyday lives. However, research examining consumer behavior apps scant. We examine critical factors app adoption by extending validating well-established unified theory of use UTAUT2. also explore possibility unobserved heterogeneity consumers’ behavior, including potentially relevant segments adopters. To augment knowledge end users’ engagement segments, we have added two new antecedent variables into UTAUT2: technology fear trust. Prediction-orientated segmentation was used on 740 valid responses collected pre-tested survey instrument. The results show five with different behaviors that were influenced proposed model. Once known, profiles to propose developers improve engagement. moderating effects variables—technology trust—are shown. Finally, discuss theoretical managerial implications our findings priorities for future research.

Network-Based Marketing: Identifying Likely Adopters via Consumer Networks

Network-based marketing refers to a collection of marketing techniques that take advantage of links between consumers to increase sales. We concentrate on the consumer networks formed using direct interactions (e.g., communications) between consumers. We survey the diverse literature on such marketing with an emphasis on the statistical methods used and the data to which these methods have been...

Viral Marketing: Identifying likely adopters via consumer networks

We investigate the hypothesis: those consumers who have communicated with a customer of a particular service have increased likelihood of adopting the service. We survey the diverse literature on such "viral marketing," providing a categorization of the specific research questions asked, the data analyzed, and the statistical methods used. We highlight a striking gap in the literature: no prior...

While the pertinent literature standardly brackets the question how this can be accomplished in concrete contexts of causal discovery, the first part of this paper shows that the interventionist nature of variables cannot, in ...
